Liz Wang, Strategic Alliance in Business Development and Operations in China
Liz brings nearly three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship to her role at Azarmehr Law Group. After graduating from medical school, she began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, serving as a Regional Sales Director for Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, where she led commercial teams and managed key accounts across multiple therapeutic areas. She later co-founded a direct-to-consumer apparel brand with her husband, overseeing end-to-end operations including product development, supply chain management, multi-channel sales, and customer experience. Under her leadership, the company successfully raised outside investment, went public in China, and expanded into overseas markets, including the United States via Amazon.
To help more families who share her educational philosophy, Liz founded “176 Li Jie,” an active content platform across WeChat, RedNote, TickTalk, and Zhihu, where she educates Chinese-speaking entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals about U.S. immigration pathways, with a core focus on EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1C Multinational Manager or Executive, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions. Her audience consists primarily of high-net-worth individuals and emerging business owners who are actively evaluating their options for relocating to or building careers in the United States.
As ALG’s Strategic Alliance in Business Development and Operations in China, Liz leads the China team in driving the firm’s market development, client engagement, and front-end case preparation in the Chinese-speaking market. Her team works closely with ALG’s attorneys to provide children’s education planning, initial eligibility assessment, and materials organization prior to formal legal representation. Her dual background in multinational corporations and entrepreneurship allows her to serve as an effective cultural and commercial bridge, helping ALG connect with qualified Chinese clients who may benefit from the firm’s expertise in employment-based immigration.
Liz’s office is located at 108, 38F, CTF Finance Centre, No. 6 Zhujiang East Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, within walking distance from the U.S. Consulate General, Guangzhou.
